Agent Discovery & Design
We identify the highest-impact processes for automation. Using our Agent Impact Matrix, we select 3 candidate agents and design their decision logic, data sources, and escalation rules.
Copilot Studio Setup & Agent 1
Copilot Studio environment provisioned with security, connectors, and knowledge bases configured. First agent built, tested, and deployed to a pilot group.
Agents 2 & 3 + Governance
Second and third agents built in parallel. Governance framework finalised: permissions model, audit logging, human-in-the-loop triggers, and compliance documentation.
Dashboard, Training & Handover
Power BI agent performance dashboard deployed. Team training sessions delivered. Full documentation and scaling playbook handed over for future agent builds.
